I just wanted to send you guys a note to say thanks for your work and support with our dog fence. We live on a golf course and so above ground fence is not an option. We looked at some do it yourself ones and we are so glad we didn't. We have seen some of our neighbors struggle with the do it yourself under ground fences that don't seem to work that well. We followed the directions with our new puppy and she learned so quickly and never crosses the fence. The training and fence technology is amazing and we feel confident letting our dog out at any time and know she will stay within the boundaries of our fence. Many other dogs that are in do it yourself fences seem to run around through the neighborhood, while our dog stays in our backyard where we want her.

Dear Seth,
I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we appreciate the fact that we did business with your company.  I can't tell you what a difference having this underground fence for Arthur has made for Susan and I. Before you installed the fence, we had to walk Arthur in the rain, sun, or snow. He is a people lover, and vehicle chaser. We feared continually that he was going to get run over, or follow someone up the street if we left him unattended for even a few minutes. Consequently, he was never allowed outside for even a moment without us being there with him on a leash. We learned quickly that he would be gone in a flash,chasing a squirrel, or anything else that moved.I really didn't enjoy walking a dog in snow storms, ice, or before going to bed. As you know, we live right next to a golf course, with an alley between our house and the course. Cars continually drive down the alley, and the course is full of people. It still amazes me that We can let Arthur outside, do whatever we want inside or outside, and that dog is not going to walk past his designated zone under any condition. He has been well tested. We have had children run through the yard, and he chases them until he gets to the edge of his zone, and then he just sits down.
 
We've had cats, dogs, and humans walk by or through our yard, not to mention cars and trucks driving down the alley. He will follow all of them but he knows exactly where to stop, and he never fails to stop. This has been the best investment for the safety of our pet, and our peace of mind that I can imagine owning. I really can't express enough how this has made our life so much easier and peaceful. As I'm writing this, I'm looking out my office window. Arthur is looking at a group of kids golfing 15 yards away from him, and he's just sitting there looking
at them. I would also like to thank you for your great customer service. As I'm sure you'll never forget, it was early Winter when you installed the fence. The ground was getting hard, and you had the flu. I felt bad for you, yet I was very impressed that you drove 40 miles feeling as lousy as you did, because you knew how desperate we were to have the fence installed. I also appreciate the fact that we referred our neighbors to you, and you sent us a $50 dollar referral check for doing so. They are very happy with their investment in their fence as well. Thanks again Seth. We appreciate your work more than you'll ever really know, and it has made a huge impact on simplifying our life in regards to worrying about our pets safety, and just being able to do things around the house without worrying about a walking schedule for our dog.
